Return and Exchange Timeframe

Delivery Time

  • Our orders are shipped within 3 days.
  • Our return policy is valid for 3 days after delivery.
  • We suggest you check your products once you receive them to ensure they meet your expectations and work as they should.

Returns and Exchanges

  • If you want to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • After this period, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges.

Changes or Cancellations to Your Order

Verify Your Shipping Address

  • Before placing an order, please double-check that the shipping address you provided is accurate.
  • If you need to update your address or cancel your order, please reach out to us promptly via email at info@starsvape.com.

Important Reminder: An order cannot be canceled or modified once it has been shipped.

Undelivered Shipments

Delivery Errors

  • We will charge a 30% fee of the total order value for any refund requests if a package is undeliverable because of an incorrect address or if the customer refuses the package.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for the following items:

    • Free samples or promotional gifts
    • Custom orders (please contact your sales representative for more details)
    • Wholesale orders
    • Opened or used items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following products are not eligible for return:

  • E-liquids
  • Drip tips
  • Cartridges
  • Coils
  • Open tanks/RDA/RDTA devices
  • Atomizer cores
  • Batteries
  • Wires
  • Cotton
  • Tanks
  • Atomizers
  • Atomizer heads
  • Chargers

Note: We do not accept returns for items with physical damage, water marks, or tampering. Additionally, we are not liable for color changes or packaging issues with e-liquids.


Return Process

1. Provide Required Information

To ensure a smooth return process, please provide the following details when submitting a return request:

  • Your full name
  • Order number and order date
  • Item details: Brand, model, and if applicable color.
  • Return type: e.g. defective product or wrong item.
  • Photos or videos of the defective product should include the barcode, serial number, and QR code.
  • Preferred return resolution: For example, refund, store credit, or exchange.

Please note: If you don’t have all the information, you’ll delay or prevent processing of your return.

2. Return Shipping and Inspection

  • When you submit your return request, we ask that you carefully package the item and send it back to us.
  • After we receive the item, we will process the return within 1-3 business days of inspecting it.

3. Requirements for Defective Item Return

For your defective item to qualify for an exchange or store credit, it must meet the following conditions:

  • No visible physical damage, no deep scratches.
  • Small scratches or slight discoloration do not qualify for return.
  • The defective item must be returned with all accessories included in the original packaging (manuals, etc.)

Note: Make sure the item is packed properly. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping if the item is poorly packaged.


Refunds or Exchanges

  • Once the return is inspected and processed, we will handle your request for a refund or exchange.
  • The amount for refunds will be refunded to the original payment method (e.g. credit card). Processing of refunds usually takes 7-10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • If you are requesting an exchange, please reach out to us directly.

Important Reminder: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Promotional and Clearance Items

Promotional Items

  • Full-priced items only. All promotional items are non-returnable.

Clearance Items

  • Clearance items are sold at a discounted price, and we cannot assure availability for exchanges.
  • If the item is out of stock when you make your exchange request, we will let you know what the alternatives are.

This Returns Responsibility and Risk

  • During the return process, StarsVape is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged products.
  • If an item is damaged or missing after return shipping, we will notify you within 24-48 hours and provide the next steps.

Important: If your return does not meet our policy requirements and you wish to have the item sent back to you, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will not return items that do not meet our policy until the shipping fees are paid.

Buyer’s Remorse

  • We do not take back items that have been opened or used due to buyer’s remorse (e.g. you changed your mind after purchasing).
  • Returns are accepted only on unopened and unused items.

Shipping Policy

  • Please check local laws and regulations before purchasing products.
  • StarsVape is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the purchase of products through our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is no longer a payment option we offer.
